Mr. Vicente Pineda

Vicente Pineda is a dedicated advocate for ADHD, disability, and special needs in the workplace. He brings extensive experience in delivering conferences and developing resources to support employees on these topics. Vicente serves as a board member of ADHD Europe, the Spanish national organization for ADHD, and the Organization for ADHD of Granada.

At Glovo, he co-founded the "Abilities" Employee Resource Group (ERG), which advocated for employees with disabilities and special needs. Additionally, he acted as a consultant and go-to person for workplace accessibility, helping to ensure inclusive and accessible environments.

Currently, Vicente is an active member of Amazon's "People with Disability" ERG, where he organizes workshops focused on ADHD, providing strategies for managers and colleagues to better support individuals with ADHD in the workplace. He is also committed to mentoring neurodivergent individuals at both Glovo and Amazon, helping them navigate professional development and workplace integration.
