Natalie Yim is a registered nutritionist dedicated to youth and family nutrition education for the past eight years. As the founder of Nutree Kids, she has had the privilege of guest lecturing at universities and conducting nutrition workshops in various countries. Natalie’s mission is to empower families with knowledge that fosters healthier lifestyles.

Through engaging lectures in schools and communities, Natalie regularly shares essential nutrition tips and conduct face-to-face health courses on topics such as "Nutritious Breakfast," "Sports Nutrition," "Toxin-Free Living," and "Nurturing Smart Brains for Children." To date, she has provided nutritional counseling to over 2,000 families, significantly improving their health and well-being.

From the outset, Natalie embraced the philosophy of "life influencing life" through nutrition education. Her goal was simple: to help as many families as possible, her efforts were recognized by local youth and entrepreneurial groups, leading to features in publications such as "Business Daily," "Sing Tao," and the "Hong Kong Economic Journal." These accolades have opened doors for collaboration with esteemed organizations like Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, Caritas Hong Kong, and the Youth Chamber of Commerce.

These partnerships have transformed Natalie’s work from a solitary endeavor into a collective effort across various sectors, allowing her to deliver comprehensive services to children with needs for nutrition guidance. By addressing their emotional, skin, and physical health challenges, she empowers these young individuals to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.

Natalie truly believes that health and nutrition are vital for everyone, and she encourages the people of Hong Kong to take an active role in their own nutrition journey. Her dream is to cultivate a community that prioritizes health, making informed dietary choices and becoming their own nutritionists.
